SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Each piece is handcrafted by our artisan partners after your order is placed, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We ship worldwide from Taiwan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

  • Standard International Shipping: Typically 10-21 business days.

  • Express International Shipping: Typically 5-10 business days.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: BraveOn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned.

  • Returns:

    • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [braveon.tw@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Address:

    • For US Customers: You may return items directly to our US return address (to be provided upon return approval). This makes the return process faster and more convenient for you.

    • For Other International Customers: Please contact us for return instructions. Depending on your location, we will provide you with the appropriate return address.

  • Refunds:

    • Product Defects or Quality Issues: If your item is defective, damaged, or has quality issues upon arrival, we will provide a full refund including the original shipping cost once we receive and verify the returned item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

    • Change of Mind or Personal Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (excluding original shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges for variations in color, shape, or texture. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [braveon.tw@gmail.com].

  • Return Shipping:

    • Product Defects or Quality Issues: We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us first to receive a prepaid return label or reimbursement instructions.

    • Change of Mind or Personal Preference: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Damaged Items

    • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
