Délai de traitement : Les commandes sont traitées sous 7 à 10 jours ouvrés. Chaque pièce est confectionnée à la main par nos artisans partenaires après votre commande, garantissant ainsi une qualité optimale et un souci du détail exceptionnel. Les commandes ne sont ni expédiées ni livrées les week-ends et jours fériés. En cas de forte affluence, les expéditions peuvent être retardées de quelques jours. Veuillez prévoir un délai de livraison supplémentaire.
Frais de port et délais de livraison estimés : Nous expédions dans le monde entier depuis Taïwan. Les frais de port de votre commande seront calculés et affichés lors du paiement. Les délais de livraison sont donnés à titre indicatif et courent à partir de la date d'expédition, et non de la date de commande.
Livraison internationale standard : généralement de 10 à 21 jours ouvrables.
Livraison express internationale : généralement 5 à 10 jours ouvrables.
Douanes, droits et taxes : BraveOn n’est pas responsable des droits de douane et taxes appliqués à votre commande. Tous les frais imposés pendant ou après l’expédition sont à la charge du client (droits de douane, taxes, etc.).

Product Defects or Quality Issues: If your item is defective, damaged, or has quality issues upon arrival, we will provide a full refund including the original shipping cost once we receive and verify the returned item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Change of Mind or Personal Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (excluding original shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
